As Global Vice President of Client Experience and Partnerships for TAPFIN, Jennifer leads our Global Sales & Solutions team, Client Engagement team, and Partnerships organization. Jennifer Torney joined TAPFIN in 2009 and over the course of her tenure has been instrumental in building our SOW Management practice, Total Talent solutions, DEI solutions, and for over 10 years, she has been a frequent speaker at industry events, podcasts, and thought leadership webinars. Before joining TAPFIN, Jennifer held leadership roles in the staffing industry, most recently Regional Vice President in IT & Professional Contingent Staffing and Search at Advantage Resourcing and prior that at Kforce Professional Staffing. She has over 25 years of experience in Sales, Procurement, Staffing & Management including over 15 years in Workforce Strategies and Human Capital Management. Jennifer earned her B.A. in Psychology & Business Administration from The University of San Diego in California and now resides in the Charlotte, NC area with her husband, and 10-year-old daughter.
