Under Kate Donovan's leadership, ManpowerGroup Solutions provides insights to client companies to assist them in executing their workforce strategy. She leads a global organization capable of delivering talent based solutions with expertise and efficiency. Donovan’s passion for product innovation and her focus on delivering workforce solutions locally and globally enable ManpowerGroup Solutions to mirror the growth of clients as they expand into new markets. Through her leadership of the Global RPO Practice, in 2012 ManpowerGroup Solutions provided RPO services to 200 client companies, hiring 160,000 people in more than 40 countries.
In both 2011 and 2012, under Donovan’s leadership, ManpowerGroup RPO earned the designation of global leader by industry analysts Everest Research Group and was ranked first in the industry by analyst NelsonHall, while Donovan herself was named an HRO Superstar by the Human Resources Outsourcing Association. Donovan writes for industry publications and speaks frequently on the topic of global workforce trends and recruiting best practices. She also published “The Future of the HR Profession,” a study sponsored by the Society for Human Resource Management.
Before joining ManpowerGroup in 2008, Donovan was a Senior Vice President with Veritude, a Fidelity Investments company that specializes in recruiting and HR consulting. Donovan led the company’s successful entree into recruitment process outsourcing during her four-year tenure. Prior to her work with Veritude, Donovan managed her own consulting firm, advising clients on ways to deliver HR services effectively through outsourcing strategies. Additionally, Donovan spent 18 years with BankBoston Financial Corp., ultimately leading HR for the company’s investment and global banking business groups.
Donovan actively volunteers her time in support of local charitable initiatives. Most recently, she was appointed by the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts to serve on a task force led by former Attorney General Scott Harshbarger to address hiring and promotional processes within the state’s court system. Donovan earned degrees with academic distinction from Boston University (M.S.) and from the College of the Holy Cross (B.A.). She resides in Boston, MA.
Mr. Saliba has over 40 years of experience in the Human Resources arena. He currently serves as the Vice President/General Manager TAPFIN Global overseeing all aspects of TAPFIN throughout the four Regions of ManpowerGroup. He previously served as Vice President/General Manager of TAPFIN’s Global Operations from October 2004 to October 2014, President, Managed Staffing Solutions for Venturi Technology Partners from March 2003 until October 2004, overseeing all MSP and VMS activity.
Mr. Saliba also served as President of Venturi Technology Partners for the Southeast Region from June 1999 until March 2003 prior to this assignment he served as Managing Director for the Alabama Office of Venturi Technology Partners from August 1996 until June 1999.
Prior to joining Venturi in 1996, he served in the United States Army for 23 years in a variety of Command and Staff positions in the US and Europe in the Human Resources area until his retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel in June 1996.
Mr. Saliba serves as a member of the Hoover, Alabama Veterans Committee and is also a member of the Monday Morning Quarterback of Birmingham. This organization has raised over $20 million dollars for Crippled Children’s Foundation and the Children’s Hospital along with other agencies to support less fortunate children in Alabama.
Mr. Saliba received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Alabama in 1973 and his Masters in Business Administration in 1989 from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri.
As Vice President of TAPFIN, Mrs. Doyle is responsible for all business development and account management activities in North America. Mrs. Doyle has more than 12 years of experience in Human Capital Management, including more than eight years of experience developing and managing VMS/MSP programs. Her background also includes functional design of VMS software and overall management of MSP accounts including Hewlett Packard, Hughes Aircraft, NBC and Airtouch Communications.
Prior to joining TAPFIN, Mrs. Doyle held several management positions in the recruitment industry including Vice President of Sales and Operations at Guru.com, Vice President of Technology Strategy at Staffmark, Inc. and Director of Sales and Operations of IT Staffing for the Western Region of ManpowerGroup. Mrs. Doyle is an alumnus of UC Berkeley and the American College in Paris.
Mr. McGonegal is responsible for strategic account management activities in North America. He was most recently Vice President, Process Excellence and during his nine year tenure with TAPFIN, Mr. McGonegal also has held operational, business development and corporate leadership positions. His experience encompasses strategy and planning, marketing, sales, contract negotiation, process assessment, design, development, implementation and training.
Prior to joining TAPFIN, Mr. McGonegal spent nine years with SFN Group (acquired by Randstad in 2011), serving in a range of marketing, implementation and operations positions. In 2000, Mr. McGonegal was a founding employee of Enthusian, one of the first VMS technology providers. In addition, Mr. McGonegal spent five years as a Project Manager/Analyst for market research and consulting firm Harlan Brown & Company. Responsibilities included project planning, management and delivery of proprietary market analysis projects ranging from acquisition and new market entry to competitive and customer analysis to Fortune 1000 firms.
Mr. McGonegal holds a Master’s in Business Administration from The George Washington University, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
Francisco Díaz leads Manpower Group Solutions (RPO and MSP) as well as Experis in Mexico and Central America Region. Francisco's teams have been deploying Recruitment Process Outsourcing for 5 years in 3 different locations (Mexico City, Panama and Costa Rica), and Managed Service Provider for 2 year in Mexico. During the last year he has certified MSP (level 3) and Experis in Mexico which increases the solutions offering in the region. He has also launch the first Tapfin Shared Service Center.
Francisco joined Manpower in June 1996 as an associate dedicated to American Express, implementing the travel tickets delivery area. In 1999 he was in charge of the back office attending the payroll of all the North States of Mexico. In 2001 he was selected to be the new Quality Manager in charge of deploying a new productivity project called "project groups" increasing 25% of branch productivity. In 2003 he was invited to be a Staffing Divisional Manager with an outstanding performance increasing 25% of revenue per year. Since 2008 he has been the Manpower Group Solutions and Experis Director.
Francisco has now 17 years of experience in HR Solutions. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the Universidad Panamericana and an MBA from IPADE Business School in Mexico.
Sam joined ManpowerGroup in 1999 and headed up the Manpower Singapore operation until March 2003. In 2003 Sam was appointed Regional Account Director with the Manpower Asia regional office and promoted to Field Development Director for Asia Pacific in 2007. In 2011, Sam was promoted to Managing Director of Experis, the ManpowerGroup’s professional services arm, for Asia Pacific and the Middle East, whilst retaining responsibility for the ManpowerGroup operations in Malaysia.
In 2014 Sam took over responsibility for ManpowerGroup’s Managed Services solutions including development and delivery of MSP solutions in Asia Pac & the Middle East. He is the regional sponsor for MSP and Sales.
Sam joined the executive committee of the Call Centre Council of Singapore (CCCS) in 1999, became chairman in 2002 and led the formation of the Contact Centre Association of Singapore (CCAS) and remained as Chairman till 2009 when he relocated to Malaysia.
Sam is a regular speaker on trends in the changing world of work including trends in talent attraction and retention, how to drive productivity of the workforce and re-skilling talent to meet the demands of rapidly changing work environment. Sam has advised government agencies on re-skilling workforces and establishing long term strategies to address skill shortages.
