To ensure that our partner network can meet our standards and benchmarks, each supplier must meet program requirements and metrics to maintain compliance across every program in which they participate. Each quarter, TAPFIN formally evaluates supplier performance and hiring trends, to determine if changes to the supplier community (additions or removals) are warranted. We also consistently evaluate key supplier performance metrics, such as time-to-fill ratios, to determine if changes need to be made on a more ad-hoc basis. These processes are part of our best practices and have been successful across our client base.

The partner network represents a broad spectrum of functional areas including: IT, engineering, and other professional and administrative categories.

Building a strong, constructive, mutually beneficial working relationship between TAPFIN and each participating supplier is critical to ensuring a successful three-way partnership between our shared client, the supplier, and TAPFIN.

Platinum Vendor Program

TAPFIN has the privilege of working with thousands of suppliers across the many programs that we support. Through our consistent and rigorous evaluation process we have invited only the highest performing vendors to become a part of our Platinum Vendor Program.

Our Platinum Vendors have the opportunity to work more closely with TAPFIN to understand trends in the industry, to discuss specific challenges being faced by clients, suppliers, and TAPFIN, and to learn about new business opportunities with TAPFIN clients. With this community:

  • TAPFIN has a qualified group of suppliers readily available to refer to clients who have gaps in their service from existing suppliers. We maintain a matrix of Platinum Vendors which includes what skills and locations they service. This serves as a valuable reference for identifying new suppliers for current or new TAPFIN clients.
  • A subset of these suppliers to serve as an advisory committee, providing TAPFIN with input and ideas regarding process and program improvements.
  • We have a community with whom we can share market/industry information and information about TAPFIN’s workforce offerings.

DIVERSITY Vendor Program

Organizations often have unique and detailed diversity spend requirements to support their corporate strategies. As part of our commitment to vendor diversity, TAPFIN works with each client individually on diversity goals, performance measurements and reporting. Because diversity performance is so important, TAPFIN seeks to create the appropriate consortium of diversity vendor based on specific client considerations.

Through our proactive Vendor Diversity Program, TAPFIN has established a strong track record with our clients in helping them reach and exceed targets for the use of firms in these categories. Our client portfolio includes major U.S. firms and government entities where we have successfully implemented programs which comply with both the spirit and letter of vendor diversity best practices. TAPFIN captures and clarifies client diversity participation goals and the ways in which our organization can best contribute to the achievement of those goals.
