Global MSP Center of Excellence

With nearly $8 billion in spend under management and a footprint that spans into 80 countries, delivery consistency and the sharing of best practices are paramount to TAPFIN’s success. To support our global footprint and share best-in-class processes around the globe, TAPFIN and ManpowerGroup Solutions launched the Global MSP Center of Excellence in January 2011.  The Global MSP Center of Excellence (COE) serves to develop a framework through which TAPFIN’s MSP services are delivered on a global basis, utilizing consistent processes and proven-effective techniques.  Through the leveraging of best practices around the globe our team is able to produce the highest quality program that operate globally yet deliver locally.

The Global MSP COE operates as a centralized structure in which the development, approval, and usage of MSP standards and best practices are housed so that they can then be rolled out for usage under regional and country leadership.  Doing so enables a model that is based upon consistency, while retaining a certain level of fluidity allowing the global TAPFIN team to provide customized solutions for each client.

The Global MSP COE is supported by a dedicated team of professionals that offers market knowledge unmatched in the industry. The COE works to help each country within ManpowerGroup achieve appropriate country certification levels to ensure to clients that we are the best fit for their needs. A governance committee of leaders from around the globe worked to develop the framework for country certification levels.
