Kip Wright is Vice President and General Manager of TAPFIN, part of ManpowerGroup Solutions,™ the outsourced services offering from ManpowerGroup. As the head of this industry-leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), Wright oversees all strategic planning, sales, operations, solutions design and development, and related support functions for the business, ensuring that TAPFIN offers companies sophisticated, client-centric workforce solutions and the contingent workforce visibility they need to operate their business optimally. Wright serves as a member of the ManpowerGroup North American leadership team. Prior to ManpowerGroup’s acquisition of COMSYS, TAPFIN’s former parent company, Wright served as a member of COMSYS’ senior management team and President of TAPFIN. Wright has also served as Senior Vice President of Managed Solutions for COMSYS, Chief Integration Officer and Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance.
Wright also has served in a variety of finance and operations-related positions in technology and professional services, including Director of Finance, and Mergers and Acquisition Analyst for Metamor Worldwide Solutions. He also worked for BSG Consulting and Ernst & Young LLP.
Wright earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Considered an industry expert in the field of human capital and workforce fulfillment, he is often called upon to share his knowledge and expertise. Wright serves on the board of directors for Homemade Gourmet. He resides in Houston, TX.
Jamiel Saliba
Vice President, Global Operations
TAPFIN, A ManpowerGroup Company
As Vice President of Global Operations - TAPFIN, Jamiel Saliba is responsible for all TAPFIN operations, a role he has held since joining the organization in 2004.
He previously served as Vice President, Managed Staffing Solutions for Venturi Technology Partners, overseeing all Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) activity. Saliba also served as President of Venturi Technology Partners’ information technology division for the southeast region and was Managing Director for the firm’s Alabama office. Prior to joining Venturi in 1996, he served in the United States Army for 23 years in a variety of Command and Staff positions in the human resources area until his retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Saliba received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Alabama and his Master’s in Business Administration from Webster University in St. Louis, MO. He resides in Birmingham, AL.
Amy Huddleston
Vice President, Strategic Client Solutions

As Vice President of TAPFIN, Ms. Huddlestone is responsible for all business development and account management activities in North America. Ms. Huddlestone has more than 12 years of experience in Human Capital Management, including more than eight years of experience developing and managing VMS/MSP programs. Her background also includes functional design of VMS software and overall management of MSP accounts including Hewlett Packard, Hughes Aircraft, NBC and Airtouch Communications.
Prior to joining TAPFIN, Ms. Huddlestone held several management positions in the recruitment industry including Vice President of Sales and Operations at Guru.com, Vice President of Technology Strategy at Staffmark, Inc. and Director of Sales and Operations of IT Staffing for the Western Region of ManpowerGroup. Ms. Huddlestone is an alumnus of UC Berkeley and the American College in Paris.
